Where It All Started

When we were driving down to my mom's house, we made a brief stop at Slippery Rock University. This is where the Middleton Story begins. SRU is where I was introduced to Nick, who then introduced me to his brother, whom I later married. The campus has changed quite a bit but for the most part it remains the same. Because my mom was expecting us to arrive at a certain time we were not able to get out and walk around. But it was still nice to at least see some of the buildings and relive some fond memories.

Side view of North Hall, my old dorm building. There are too many trees that would obstruct view from the front. I had the same room for the duration I was at SRU. In fact, my room is where Jason first told me he loved me.

This is Old Main. All the administrative offices can be found here, including the Dean's offices. It's also the oldest building on campus and a Pennsylvania historic landmark.
