Thank You

We have made it here in Pennsylvania and although I'm very excited to be celebrating a black-and-gold Christmas, it was a very rough week.

I have a lot to post about but I won't get the chance until I get off this crappy dial-up connection. So for now, I want to say "thank you" to all those who prayed for us and helped us through this insane transition time. There's 4 people in particular that I want to acknowledge:

First, to Dottie and John Pabon. Thank you for opening your home to us while the movers packed us up and shipped everything off. Thanks for letting my kids turn your house upside down while we were tying up loose ends. Thanks for taking care of Jason's truck when the shipment company totally fell off the ball. Thank you for being such wonderful friends when we needed it the most.

To Laurie and Jamie Sproul-my old neighbors and special friends. Thank you also for opening your home to us during our pit-stop in Virginia. I really enjoyed staying up with you and talking about God, kids, and life in general. I missed doing that with you! I apologize again for my cat peeing on your couch and it was a very special treat to see the Grogans again. Seeing the kids play just took me right back in time and I'll post the pictures as soon as I get a better connection. Anyway, you two are just as wonderful as when we first met and I can't wait to be able to get together again.

Again, thanks to everyone who helped us out. What may have been a small gesture made the world of difference to us.
