Maybe you can call it ironic or just a simple twist of luck. Yesterday I was worried because Jorden wasn't able to start school until she had her HepA vaccine. So I called the school and told them that the clinic is out of stock. I told them that although I completely understand why she can't go to school, poor Jorden has been home for over a month and that she really, REALLY needs to go back. Okay, lets face it. I begged and groveled over the phone. So after putting me on hold, it was determined that Jorden can go to school the next day provided that I take her down to get her shot first thing next week. HAPPY DAY!
So after going to the PX to pick up things she needs, we got her all ready for her first day in a new school. We went to bed early and alarms were set for the next day. Then Jason wakes me up at 6:45 am and says this:
"School is closed today and I have a 10am work call. It's raining outside and it's freezing the minute it hits the ground."

That's funny, because I JUST read an email from Heather saying that she could count on one hand the amount of times there was a snow/ice day in the six years that they have been up there. You brought them good? luck. =)
