...the wonders of Costco. I always hear Suzanne talking about it but never quite understood why she shops there so much. Now I understand why: it's cheap!
We were always Sam's Club members and we fully intended on keeping our membership there. But we took a brief walk around Costco and found that it really is a lot cheaper. I mean, you just can't beat $12 for a pair of men's jeans. So we decided today to bite the bullet and get the executive membership.
I'll tell you what: It was totally worth it. We spent an obscene amount of money there and actually had something to show for it. We also got the great news that Jorden qualifies for reduced lunch at school. So that means that all those snacks that we bought will last a heck of a lot longer around the house because I'm not packing them in a lunch every day.
So I am officially on the Costco bandwagon. Our pantry and freezer are bursting at the seams. Hooray for buying in bulk!

Hey, I'm glad it's working for you! Between Costco and the commissary I get to bank all my COLA. I have yet to go to any other grocery store on the islad, but I hear it's awful. Oh, and the Costco food court, or snack bar, or whatever it's called, makes for a really cheap and yummy dinner once in a while! =)
