Just Some Rambling...

David Letterman, although what he did was wrong, has big brass ones for admitting what he did on his show. It took a lot of courage to be that honest.

After watching Private Practice last night I've decided that Dr. Addison Montgomery is my new hero.

My calendar squares have become too small to be able to fit all of our daycare/respite bookings, appointments, and activities. I'm not buying a bigger calendar for only 3 months. And I'm not writing on a dry erase board because if it's not on the calendar, I'll forget it.

I can't believe how much I paid for Jorden's winter gear this year. No luck on Craigslist or the thrift shop. This thing WILL last her until we leave Alaska.

Today is my cousin Max's birthday. I held him in the hospital the day after he was born. Now he's 17 and almost a foot taller than me. Insane.

Lens Crafters has a really crappy warranty for their glasses. Don't ever go there.

Chase has become more verbal about his feelings (which is good) but also tells me that he hates me when he's angry (which is bad) but then apologizes when I tell him he hurt my feelings (which is good).

My favorite part of fall is the return of all the pumpkin goodies: pumpkin lattes, pie, pancakes, etc.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but I'll actually miss my inlaws this Thanksgiving. They've visited every year since Jorden was a baby.

Why does Bandit always yak up his hairballs in the middle of the night? And why is it that the sound of it can wake me from a dead sleep?

I have had a charlie horse in my leg since last night and it was really uncomfortable to sleep.
