As much as I hate to say it, I'm glad that this is the last season of ER. The reason why I say this is because every single time an episode is dedicated to losing a major character, I always sob uncontrollably. Well, maybe not every time. But I did cry when Mark Greene died (who didn't?). I cried when Michael Gallant died (that story hit WAY to close to home), I cried when Greg Pratt died (total shock), and I cried when Abby left (I really liked her character).
So Neela left the show and I was totally cool with that. It wasn't until I saw her put her name tag on the wall that I completely lost it. The camera panned in on Gallant's name tag and I had to pause the video (I watched it at nbc.com) because dammit! I didn't want to have to go there. So yeah, I sat in my computer chair just balling my eyes out. But then I realized just exactly where she was going and my tears of sadness turned into tears of joy.
And I get the feeling that Grey's Anatomy is going to have me shedding tears soon too. *sigh* I really need a life!
