Need A New Job?

I just read this article on panhandling (click on link to read the article). It caught my eye because here in Fayetteville, you will always see people asking for money on the little islands in the middle of the street. They stand there, with their little sign, and walk up and down the line of cars that are waiting for the green light.

Fayetteville just made a new city ordinance that says panhandlers will be fined if they're caught. I used to feel bad whenever I saw them but I didn't give them money because I didn't feel I should encourage that kind of begging. Now after reading this, they'll NEVER get a dime from me!
